When do you see a coach or a psychologist?
Coaching is a proven and accepted form of professional and personal development. The coach positions himself as a process facilitator, facilitator, advisor and sparring partner.
By discussing critical situations together, you gain more insight into the effects of your own behaviour and attitude. You increase your self-awareness and learn to experiment with new behaviour within a safe environment.
You get moving
By prompting you to think for yourself, coaching encourages you to take responsibility and thus increases your self-management ability. You find answers to the questions you have and come up with your own solutions to difficult situations. This also makes you more resilient for the future.
What does a coaching programme look like?
Meeting without obligation
Want to know if there is sufficient connection to proceed to a pathway? Contact one of our coaches for a no-obligation introductory meeting.
3-conversation with your supervisor
Would you like to involve your manager in the coaching process? By starting with a 3-interview, we can further sharpen your (development) goals and coordinate with your manager.
Evaluation and reflection Report
At the end of the programme, the coach will evaluate the programme with you. For this, we use a reflection report. You can also conclude the programme with a 3-conversation with your manager.
A short-term trajectory
Every coach trajectory is tailor-made. Together with your coach, you decide which route best suits you. A coaching programme is a personal investment and therefore requires commitment and willingness to change on your part.
Goal- and result-oriented
Each session ends with an action plan: What are you going to do, and when and how? This way, you will actually be able to put into practice what we have discussed during the sessions. In the short term, you will experience a real change in your daily life.
Tests and questionnaires
To gain more insight into factors that determine your behaviour and choices, we can use tests and questionnaires that will add value to your trajectory. For example, in the areas of personality, drives, interests, competences and intellectual abilities.
Working with an actor
Do you learn by doing? Then follow an individual workshop with an actor. There is room for practical exercises and you can experiment with new behaviour in a safe environment. You will also receive targeted feedback on your presentation and communication skills.
