Who am I
I was born in Amsterdam in 1974; the middle of three children, I grew up in the city centre. The family was defined by cohesion and structure, but was also influenced by an unconventional and unpredictable life in the art world. Contrasts in my childhood contributed to me valuing autonomy, different points of view and social connection.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking for friends and family. I also exercise regularly and enjoy visiting museums and ballet or theatre performances.

Who am I:
Grew up on a houseboat on the Vliet, in the middle of the meadows, and later moved to Leiden. Shy and observant as a child, later learning the art of making contact. Acquired an interest in people early on through many conversations with my mother, also a psychologist, about why people act the way they do. After my studies in Utrecht, I started working at Ernst & Young. There I gained experience as a consultant, interim manager and coach in many different organisations. As a coach, I know how to combine a psychological approach with no-nonsense knowledge of how things work in companies and teams.
My motivation is to help people become more confident. People's confidence in themselves and confidence in others. By daring to show who you are in your own way and expressing what you want. To feel more comfortable in your own skin again and be able to work (together) from peace and strength.

Who am I?
Born in Jakarta, I grew up partly in Indonesia and partly in the Netherlands. From my family of origin, I inherited a call to social engagement, an interest in science and a love of music. After studying social psychology, I ended up in the field of work and organisation. How people experience and develop their work has always caught my attention and aroused my curiosity. When I got burnt out early in my career, a keen interest in stress and stress physiology was added. The complex interaction between mind and body is a puzzle that never bores me. In 2002, after working as a selection psychologist for several years, I started working for myself as a career counselor/coach. Since 2016, I have also been working as a POHGGZ in a GP practice. I always aim for customisation; connecting as closely as possible to the phase you are in and building from there to the results you envision. I trust in the wisdom and resilience of people and see that small steps can set big changes in motion. In my spare time, I like to travel, hike and read. I am married, have two gift children and value contact with friends and family.
