Who are you in your work? LemonGrass Coaching's primary focus this year is to develop Personal Leadership. It's about your character, your qualities and very important: your (professional) identity.

"Being more conscious of your professional identity, it makes you more powerful, as a person and a professional."

Professional identity: who are you in your work?
I recently attended an interesting webinar by Sietske Jansma, entitled 'Who am I as a coach'. She talked about the self-stories people make about themselves and how they shape (professional) identity. What are your self-stories? When are/were you proud of yourself? What are you good at and not good at? What kind of colleague are you? What are your core values? What are your patterns, what do you run into? What is your foundation, what are you made of? What really belongs to you and gives you colour?

What are your I-stories? While doing so, also pay attention to words like: should, it 'should', find etc. These are signals of attitudes and beliefs. They are a good reason to explore what the underlying values and patterns are.

Curious about your professional identity, what you 'belong to', what gives you colour? In a free, no-obligation introductory talk, we can tell you more about the possibilities for you at LemonGrass, such as a personal programme, workshop or training.
