When do you see a coach or a psychologist?
Coaching is a proven and accepted form of professional and personal development. The coach acts as a process facilitator, advisor, and sounding board.
By discussing critical situations together, you gain greater insight into the effects of your own behavior and mindset. You increase your self-awareness and learn to experiment with new behaviors in a safe environment.
You get moving
By encouraging you to think for yourself, coaching fosters a sense of responsibility and enhances your ability to self-manage. You find answers to the questions you have and come up with solutions for challenging situations. This also makes you more resilient for the future.
What does a coaching trajectory look like?
Meeting without obligation
Would you like to assess if there is a good fit before committing to a program? Contact one of our coaches for a free introductory meeting.
3-conversation with your supervisor
Would you like to involve your manager in the coaching process? By starting with a three-way conversation, we can further refine your (development) objectives and align them with your manager.
Evaluation and reflection Report
At the end of the program, the coach will evaluate the process with you. We use a reflection report for this. You can also conclude the program with a three-way conversation with your manager.
A short-term trajectory
Every coach trajectory is tailor-made. Each coaching program is tailored to your needs. Together with your coach, you will determine which program best suits you. A coaching program is a personal investment and requires commitment and willingness to change on your part.
Goal- and result-oriented
Each session ends with an action plan: What will you do, when, and how? This ensures that what we discuss during the sessions can be practically applied. In the short term, you will experience a tangible change in your daily life as a result.
Tests and questionnaires
To gain more insight into the factors that influence your behavior and choices, we may use tests and questionnaires that are relevant to your coaching program. These could cover areas such as personality, drives, interests, competencies, and intellectual abilities.
Working with an actor
Do you learn by doing? Then attend an individual workshop with an actor. There will be room for practical exercises, and you can experiment with new behavior in a safe environment. Additionally, you will receive targeted feedback on your presentation and communication skills.
