This allows you to break through old, ingrained patterns. You enhance your self-awareness and experiment with new behaviors in a safe environment. And that is truly liberating!
Ongoing deepening and education
Depth, personal contact and self-criticism are what LemonGrass considers essential. That is why all our coaches engage in peer review through intervision and supervision. Continuous deepening also takes place through (accredited) continuing education.
Coaching is a profession
LemonGrass works exclusively with qualified and experienced coaches who are members of a professional association. In addition, all our coaches have a background in work and organizational psychology. By combining our extensive experience in the corporate world with our psychological expertise, we are able to place your request in the right context.
